Stone became stuck on roller table for the hydra splitter. The employee had the skid steer lift the rock from one edge. The skid steer lifted one edge and stopped moving. The employee then pushed on the rock causing it to fall on EE's wrist.

Mostrando los 12Employee showed up late. Was not fully aware of environment. Employee reached to grab a rock off of conveyor as another was coming down onto conveyor and it smashed their finger.
EE was handling stone off of chopper station #3 and pushed one stone into another smashing EE's fingers in between.
Employee was struck in the head with a rock thrown from behind by another employee who did not see EE.
EE was repairing a saw when EE's hand was caught by the belt on it.
EE was making a pallet of stone when a rock fell onto EE's finger. The others were stacking to quickly which led to this.
EE was working on the chopper that day, when EE smashed thumb. EE reported it and then went to a pharmacy. The pharmacist instructed EE to apply ice and EE would be fine. On 8/17 EE's thumb was still bothering EE and EE was instructed to go to the Dr where it was discovered EE had a fracture.
Our mechanic was working in the shop on truck FL 104. EE was underneath changing the airbags when one of them popped and caused the truck to come down on thumb and flattening it. EE was taken to the Dr but was back to work the next day.
Dropped a stone on left foot while working on chopper
Left thumb caught in/under machinery.
Moving stone that was cut to 2 1/4" thick by 2 feet by 4 feet with several in a row when one shifted and caught the very tip of his finger and fractured the middle finger on his right hand. The weather was clear and did not contribute. No machinery was in use - strictly a pinch between 2 stones
