Employee was pulling screen from equipment when screen slipped and hit employee in right side. Employee heard popping sound. Nothing broken, just bruising.
While cleaning up spilled floc material employee slipped and fell onto 6 inch supply pipe that was crossing the slab, injuring tailbone. Bad bruise only. No breaks or other injury.
The injured employee's right hand was caught between the pinch point of a conveyor structure and an idler. A laceration was received from the incident. The laceration required (2) two sutures.
