Employee scratched left eye with a paper bag.

Injury to right shoulder while opening rail car doors to dump gravel at receiving facility. Injury exhibited as tear of long head bicep tendon.

Employee was cleaning the deck of the dredge off using a hose and was backing up while pulling the hose. They tripped over the anchor cable and their leg was momentarily caught beneath the cable during the fall causing a dislocation of the kneecap and fracture of the right femur lateral condyle.

Mechanic was changing a pulley on a motor and attempted to lift it with one hand when felt a "pop" in upper arm. Suffered distal tendon damage requiring surgery.

Employee was crossing a parked gravel train between cars. Employee climbed over knuckle, grabbed bars and swung out. Employee missed toe kick on walkway and struck left shin, lacerating area that required stitches. Employee did not have lost time.

WHILE EE WAS UNLOADING GRAVEL TRAIN, HE MISSED GATE LATCH AND INJURED BACK.

EMPLOYEE SUFFERED PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK/LEG WHILE SHOVELING UNDER CONVEYOR BELT.

CONTINUOUS ROTATING OF WRISTS AND FOREARMS HAS CAUSED SORENESS & STIFFNESS.

SHOVLEING GRAVEL FROM UDNER CONVEYRO BELT CAUSE DHERNIA ON LEFT SIDE.
