EE STATED THAT HE WAS OK AND DID NOT WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR ON 4-2-03 AND ALSO ON 4-7-03 ON 4-18-03 EE REQUESTED TO SEE A DOCTOR AND WAS SEEN THE SAME DAY.
