An EE was retreiving rail, as EE was loading the rail onto the rail car a stick of rail rolled over and pinched the bottom of EE's right middle finger causing a laceration.

The EE was bending roof bolts. EE felt a pain in Scrotum and lower abdomen.

On 11/15/2017 an EE was separating sections of 4" waterline with a crib block. The crib block slipped off of the joint of water line and EE struck finger between the crib block and a fire valve. The EE fractured the tip of finger.

An Employee stated he was picking up a shuttle car anchor and felt pain in his back.

The Employee stated he was loading parts to take underground. The Employee mashed his left middle finger picking up a hydraulic pump motor. The Employee received 3 stitches.

The Employee stated that he was moving miner cable and felt a pain in his right groin area. The Employee is waiting for surgery to repair a right hernia.

The Employee stated he bent over to move trailing cable for a continuous miner and felt a sharp pain in his back.

An employee was loading weed eaters in the back of a pick up truck, one of the employee's with him shut the tailgate catching the other employee's left pinky in the tailgate.

The Employee stated he was loading roof straps on a roof bolter, as he was placing the straps on the bolter his hand slipped and he caught his forearm on the edge of the straps lacerating his forearm. He received stitches in his right forearm.

The Employee stated he was traveling through a door underground and the door closed on his left arm.

The Employee stated that he went to push a roof bolt out and felt a sharp pain in his groin area.

employee thought he had the safety pin in the boom of the fletcher bolter. he started loosening the fitting to the feed jack and the boom dropped on his right arm.

Employee was bending a roof bolt when the bolt slipped out of his hand and the bolt plate lacerated his left forearm. (5 stitches)

The employee stated he was reaching for a roof bolt and twisted his back.

Employee was lifting a rock off of a shuttle car. The rock slipped and pinched the employee's left hand lacerating the left pinky the employee received 9 stitches in his left pinky.

The employee stated that he and another employee were replacing a rub rail on a continuous miner and when he was pushing on the rub rail he pulled something in his back.

The employee picked up a coupler pin that had a sharp edge on it and it lacerated his right middle finger. the employee received eight stitches.

A continuous miner was hung up in a hole. The employee was cribbing the miner up to place cribs under the cats, one of the cribs popped out and hit him in the chin causing him to receive two stitches.

Employee was building an intake stopping part of a block fell and hit him in the right side of his face the block cut his face and he received 8 stitches.

Employee was unhooking a flat car, he pinched his finger between the pin and the tongue of the trailer when he pulled the pin, he received 4 stitches in his left index finger.

EE was cutting a piece of cable open that had copper foil in the cable, a piece of copper cut EE's left hand and he recieved four stitches.

Employee was stacking steel beams, one of the I beams rolled over on his left index finger.

Employee was moving a box and turned and struck a metal roof strap. The strap lacerated his right ear. The employee received sutures.

Employee was assisting bolter operator loading supplies. The employee had his left hand in hole provided in straps, when strap was being loaded his left ring finger was through hole in strap, striking another strap and causing a laceration.

EE and another EE were lifting a shuttle car tire off of a scoop, when EE felt a "pop" in his lower back and it caused severe pain. This was not a result of horseplay and did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules or regulations, job skills or attitude.

I was hanging miner cable on rib; I picked up the cable and felt a pull in my neck.

We were doing belt and power move. I was pulling on the belt when it twisted my right knee. I had swelling in my right knee. This accident did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules, regulations or attitude.

Employee was working on continuous miner and was going to remove tram case cover. He pulled pins on tram case cover and was hooking up lifting rope when the cover fell against his right ankle and leg. This accident did not involve any aspect of rules or regulations or attitude.

I was hanging bolter cable when it slipped from my co-worker's hand and put extra weight on my arm that I was not expecting. I felt a pull on my left arm. This injury did not involve any aspect of compliance with the rules or regulations, job skills or atitude.

EE WAS WORKING WITH COWORKER MOVING SOME 803 BAGS OF CONCRETE. HE WAS LIFTING A BAG AND FELT PAIN IN HIS GROIN AREA. THIS ACCIDENT NOT RELATED TO OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT OR MINING OPERATIONS. THE INJURY DID NOT INVOLVE ANY ASPECT OF COM-PLIANCE, JOB SKILLS, TRAINING OR ATTITUDE OR PROTECTIVE ITEMS.

WE WAS MAKING BELT MOVE ON 3RD SHIFT. LIFTED TOP ROLLER-PLACING IT ON RAILS-ROLLER ROLLED OVER CATCHING LT HAND BETWEEN BOTH RAIL AND ROLLER-BROKE RING FINGER ON LEFT HAND. THIS INJURY DID NOT INVOLVE ANY ASPECT OF COMPLIANCE WITH RULES OR REGULATION, JOB SKILLS, ATTITUDE OR PROTECTIVE ITEMS.

PICKED UP ROOF BOLTS (4) WHILE OPERATING A LOADING MACHINE FELT A BURNING SENSATION IN GROIN AREA. EE TOLD FOREMAN HE HAD PULLED OR TORN A MUSCLE. THE INJURY DID NOT INVOLVE ANY ASPECT OF COMP LIANCE WITH RULES OR REGS JOB SKILLS OR ATTITUDEOR PROTECTIVE ITEMS.

I WAS LIFTING ON MINER DOOR (CONTAINS SCRUBBERS THAT WAS BEING CLEANED)FELT PAIN IN RIGHT ELBOW./
