Was shoveling waste and turned and hit right hand on side of conveyor frame

Employee was using a pipe wrench to loosen bolt to remove valve at plant. Employee was stood on cat walk, valve was at chest level. Wrench slipped and employee lost balance and hit back on handrail causing a fracture to the right wing of the lower vertebra.

Employee was hitting tooth pin with metal hammer. Piece of metal broke loose from pin and hit lower left leg.
