Was pulling rod toward them when rod slipped off the spout, momentum carried them off the platform they were standing on. Platform is a portable platform with steps and handrailing on both sides. They landed on the froze ground and broke Right Ankle.

Employee was using a utility knife to cut a belt to make a skirt. Was holding the straight edge that EE was cutting against with EE's hand. Knife came out of the belting material and punctured EE's right-hand wrist. Direction of cutting was towards EE.
