EE WAS BEATING ON SLIDING HAMMER. HIS LEFT HAND SLIPPED DOWN BETWEEN HAMMER AND BACKING PLATE. SMASHED END OF LEFT HAND RING FINGER (4 STITCHES REQUIRED).
EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A PIECE OF BELTING. KNIFE SLIPPED, CUTTING HIS FINGER.
