EE was adding knife blades in storage compartment on knife. A blade slipped out when closing compartment, cutting through glove and into ring finger on right hand. EE received four stiches in finger.

While loading Rail on car, the rail slipped out of the clamps. When the rail hit the ground the rail bounced striking EE on the foot.
EE was splitting a roof bolter tram chain, using a hammer and a chisel. After striking the chisel with a hammer, the chisel flew up striking the employee in the mouth. This resulted in a broken tooth.
EE's were putting inserts in the lugs on the miner, they were using a sledge hammer to drive the inserts in when an EE hit the lug the sledge hammer glanced off the lug and hit this EE in the mouth. This accident chipped 1 tooth and knocked the cap off of another tooth.
While trimming a belt splice with a utility knife, the knife slipped and the employee lacerated his right thumb requiring 8 stitches. The employee was wearing gloves at the time of the accident.
While cutting a brattice board with a buck saw, the saw jumped and cut the top of the employees left hand requiring 5 stitches. The employee was wearing gloves at the time of injury.
Injured employee was assisting in installing track. A rail had been jacked up to line the other end up to bolt to another rail. While lowering the rail the jack slipped and the rail fell on the injured employees right foot.
While raising one end of a pipe with a come-a-long, the opposite end of the pipe fell striking the employee on the right hand causing a laceration requiring 7 stitches.
While trimming the leads on a battery operated motor to install a new plug, the knife slipped and lacerated the employees left hand between the thumb and forefinger requiring stitches.
While cutting wire ties with a utility knife he cut through tie while holding other end of tie and cut his left hand which required 3 stitches to close the cut.
