WHEN THE CROSSMEMBER DID NOT FALL FREE, EE HELD ONE END WITH HIS LEFT HAND & HIT THE OTHER END WITH A HAMMER. THE END HE WAS HOLDING UNEXPECTEDLY FELL FIRST APPROX. 2' TO ANOTHER CROSSMEMBER, SMASHING 2 FINGERS BETWEEN THEM. BROKEN BONES AT THE TIPS OF 2 FINGERS; 10 SUTURES.
USING A RAZOR KNIFE FOR PLANT MAINTENANCE, WAS CUT BY THE KNIFE.
