Mostrando los 9Employee using a hammer and punch had a small piece of metal come off the punch and into employee's left inner arm. EE was treated as a first aid at the local clinic. On 8/28/24 EE noticed swelling and discomfort and returned to the doctor. EE was prescribed an antibiotic at this time.

There was a rock stuck in a conveyor belt, EE went to hit it with a sledge hammer, missed, his his middle finger on left hand on the rock & cut it open. 7 stitches.
USING A UTILITY KNIFE, EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A BELT SECTION. THE KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS FINGER RESULTING IN FOUR STITCHES.
