EE WAS INSTALLING A SCREEN PANEL WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER. HAMMER GLANCED OFF PANEL AND STRUCK LT. INDEX FINGER. THE INJURY REQUIRED SEVERAL STITCHES TO CLOSE.
EMPLOYEE WAS LOWERING A HEAVY POWER CABLE FROM ACONVEYER FRAME USING A CHAIN WHICH SLIPPED. THE CABLE FELL AND THE EMPLOYEE'S FINGER WAS PINCHEDBETWEEN CHAIN AND CONVEYER FRAME. WHEN HE PULLED HIS FINGER OUT OF THE PINCH POINT HE RECEIVED A LACERATION WHICH REQUIRED MEDICAL TREATMENT (SUTURES).
