Employee was using sledge hammer to move slabs of rock that had jammed a conveyor. The employee hit himself in the shin with the sledge hammer. It was not a direct hit but slid back from rock being hit into shin. The accident resulted in bruising and a cut that required 6 stitches.

Right small finger pulled in between bar and conveyor belt which pulled part of the skin off the finger as he pulled out his finger. He received 8 stitches from a specialist and returned to work.
