Shop mechanic was removing a u-joint from a 980 loader when the wrench slipped and hit EE in the mouth. The bottom half of EE's front tooth was broken off. EE received orthodontia work recently making it a reportable incident.

A ROOFING CONTRACTOR was trimming some material with a razor knife and the knife slipped, cutting the CONTRACTOR on hand.

WHILE TRIMMING HIS SAFETY GLASSES ON HIS LEFT UPPER LEG WITH A RAZOR KNIFE HE CUT HIS LEG.
