Employee went to change the cross-conveyor belt using a tool box knife to cut the old belt and pulled it towards themselves, cutting their thumb through their glove.
A mechanic was building a tail pulley guard and needed to trim some belting to fit properly. EE leaned against the side of the conveyor and started cutting excess material with EE's utility knife. Injured employee was cutting a piece of belt to repair a conveyor belt, when the knife the employee was using slipped and employee cut right thigh.
EE was setting a cone liner, the crane lifted the weight of hopper assembly and ee used a 4.5' pry bar to pry the hopper assembly into correct position. Assembly over shifted, causing the 4.5' pry bar and the hand to slide under the assembly and pinned right hand between the pry bar and the bottom of the hopper assembly causing the injury to right hand.
Employee was cutting a belt when the razor blade contacted his right thigh.
