Employee was changing a suspension spring on a vibrator. While prying it away from the chute with a slate bar, the bar slipped allowing employee to fall backwards onto another vibrator. This caused an injury to the employee's knee.

AS THE MOTOR MOVED THE HOOK PULLED THROUGH THE EYE BOLT IN THE MOTOR, ALLOWING IT TO DROP TO THE SCREEN BASE. EE'S HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE MOTOR AND THE FRAME.
