The miner was helping the certified electrician splice A 300 volt D.C shuttle car cable. The miner placed the cable on employee's leg then cut the insolated jacket of the cable with A razor knife when the knife cut through the cable causing A laceration to the miners leg.

WHILE CHANGING BITS ON THE CONTINUOUS MINER HE HIT THE BIT WRENCH WITH A HAMMER CAUSING A PIECE OF METAL TO COME OFF OF THE WRENCH STRIING HIM IN THE LEFT CHEEK RESULTING IN 2 SUTURES.
EE WAS USING WEDGES TO BREAK ONE SID OF FORM. THE FORM BROKE & DROPPED. EE HAD FINGER BETWEEN FORM & CONCRETE, MASHING FINGER.
EE WAS TRAMMING A BELT SPLICE WHEN HIS KNIFE SLIPPED CUTTING HIS RIGHT LEG.
EE WAS TIGHTENING ROPES ON A BELTLINE WHEN GRIPLOCK CAME LOOSE HITTING HIM IN THE MOUTH.
