Production Operator was shoveling mud off the track frame of a dozer while standing on the ground when Operator slipped and fell, landing on left shoulder. X-ray was negative and physician has referred employee for an MRI.

Mostrando los 10A Wagner Equipment Co. field service technician was placing a D11 dozer on jack stands provided by ColoWyo Coal maintenance shop. The tech was positioning stands under the machine using handle. Stand rotated off dolly and pinched finger between handle and belly pan.
The employee was assigned to replace a hydraulic cylinder. EE felt a pop in the left wrist while using two wrenches to loosen a hose from a fitting on the cylinder. EE was seen by a doctor and was released to restricted duty.
While installing a ripper tooth an employee struck the keeper pin with a 2 lb hammer. The strike was off center and the hammer glanced off the pin and hit his left thumb. The result was a laceration which required six stitches, making this incident reportable.
The employee was pulling on a wrench to loosen a bolt and felt a pop in his right shoulder. He received a light duty release making this incident reportable.
Employee was taking tension off of the 3 3/4 reeving cable where a shackle had become wedged between the sheave and housing. Employee was using a 1/2" chain and 3 ton come-a-long to pull the tension out of the reeving cable when the chain slipped and struck him on the right hand.
While utilizing 2-1500 lb magnets to pick and place a dozer corner cutting edge, a mechanic recieved an angular laceration to jaw. A pry bar used to position the cutting edge holes with the holes of the dozer blade swung up when 1 magnet failed. The mechanic went to the emergency room and recieved 3 sutures and recieved a full release.
EE CLAIMS THAT WHILE INSTALLING A DRIVELINE ON A 793 HAUL TRUCK, THE WRENCH HE WAS USING FAILED CAUSING PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
TIGHTENING BOLTSON GEARS CASE WITH A HAMMER WRENCH A 20 LB HAMMER USED TO HIT THE HAMMER WRENCH. THE HAMMER GLANCED OFF THE WRENCH AND HIT THE MAN ON THE FINGER.
EE STATES THAT WHILE HELPING ANOTHER EE REPAIR A DRAGLINE LINK ON A DRAGLINE BUCKET, THE OTHER EE SWUNG A SLEDGE HAMMER WHICH THEN SLIPPED AND SRUCK HIM IN THE MOUTH. THE RESULTING INJURY WAS A BROKEN TOOTH AND THREE STITCHES TO HIS LIP.
