Mostrando los 15EE was cutting open a box of glue for the bolts with a razor knife. The box slipped resulting in a laceration to his left index finger.
EE and co-worker were working on a MRS. The chain had came off of the cable reel. The two men were removing the shield off of the cable reel. They were using a slate bar to pry the shield up. Injured had his fingers on the shield when it slipped off the slate bar smashing his left fingers.
