Employee was digging out the sump pond near pump #1 with an excavator. While dumping the last pile, the rocks bounced off of each other and struck the front of the excavator, shattering the right side glass. This glass then struck the member on the hand and wrist causing a small (approximately 3") laceration to left wrist.

Mostrando los 13While attempting to drill through a steel plate, drill slipped from plate, landing between member`s index finger and thumb. Drill entered approximately 1/4" into the skin. Drill bit was dull, requiring excessive downward force to be applied in order to complete drilling operation.
They were tightening down the top deck panels. When EE's left index fingertip was caught and crushed in between the washer and top deck steel frame.
While grinding on a skid steer bucket that was detached from the skid steer it slipped and struck EE's leg causing a long scrape. EE's first day missed from work was 2/10/2021.

While cutting steel for a staircase the torch snuffed out and when EE went to restart the torch gas entered EE's glove and ignited. Another EE heard a pop and then saw EE restart the torch and then pulling EE's glove off like something was wrong went to see what happened and saw that EE burned EE's hand.
Grinder slipped and cut left leg just above the knee.

While moving the Cat excavator 315 across a small ditch the rocking motion of the machine caused employee to experience a back spasm not allowing him to move.
EE was using a weedeater with a blade attachment. It hit a rock and kicked back at him, striking his foot.
Employee was welding, laying down on his chest with out-stretched arms, (out in front) to weld his work. While welding he felt what he thought was stray voltage from the welder in his upper left side. He stopped welding and tried to move, as the pain increased he realized it was not the welder, the pain was in his ribs and growing rapidly. He had muscle strain in that area.
