Employee is a chopper Op. on this morning he was chopping stone. on the event. He had his hand on stone and went to bring head down to chop and the frame of the head of the chopper come down on his left hand and broke his left index finger and middle finger.

Mostrando los 8Employee was manually pushing rock on top of the saw table. His right ring finger was pinched between the wooden table and the rock. The tip of his finger was split open. First aid was given and determined a doctor should examine his finger. Upon doctor evaluation employee received 7 stitches.
EE was helping to load rock onto table. The crane moved, causing the strap to catch his left hand. EE had a deep laceration to the pad of his palm. Immediate first aid was provided and taken to the ER for treatment. He received 12 stitches. On light duty until he sees a specialist.

EE SET HAND ON TOP OF CHOPPER TO REST; OPERATOR WAS TALKING WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND PULLED LEVER TO CHOP ROCK; RIGHT HAND WAS SMASHED BETWEEN PARTS OF CHOPPER.
