Mostrando los 6The injured employee was on EE's knees hanging the roof bolter cable slack. After the cable was hung, the operator started to get onto the roof bolter. The operators hand slipped and EE pushed down on the automatic cable reel take up. The injured EE was close to the cable and when the reel engaged the cable became tight and struck EE pushing EE to the side, twisting EE's left knee.
EE was using a hand held grinder when he let it slip and the grinding dish struck his left wrist.
