The connector was tying a horizontal steel member (girt) into a vertical steel column in an aerial lift with the crane when the girt spun out of EE's hand, cutting EE on the left finger.

While jack hammering a chunk through a side opening a chunk from above fell on the jackhammer bit causing the handle of the jackhammer to thrust up hitting the operator above the left eye causing a cut that required 4 stitches.
