Plant operator was using a hand held grinder to cut the bearing housing off the tail pulley shaft. The grinder kicked back and came into contact with the employees left foreman. The employee suffered a laceration that required 16 sutures to close.

Mostrando los 18Driller was adding addition to auger. When the auger stop rotation the helper reached for the pin as the driller reversed rotation and the head of the bolt pinched his thumb against the outer portion of the yoke. Helper had a fracture to right thumb.

THE EE WAS OPERATING THE SURGE LOADER AND WHILE HE WAS BACKING UP HE NOTICED THAT HE WAS ABOUT OTO HIT THE HATCH ON THE EXCAPE TUNNEL. HE TURNED HIS HEAD FAST, AND LATER HIS NECK AND SHOULDER BEGAN TO HURT.
OVER A PERIOD OF TIME, DUE TO OPERATING THE DRAGLINE, EE HAS DEVELOPED STRAIN TO BOTH KNEES.
