The employee was unblocking a feeder duct with water and air. When the employee applied air pressure, suddenly hot water comes out of the duct affecting his right forearm resulting in first and second degree burns.

When opening the top to gain access to the pinned bag the electrical power automatically shuts down as a safety measure but apparently the air lines maintained pressure causing the rake to move foward when he was removing the bag causing him an open wound.
Employee was walking near a valve with controls heated powdered material at the Preheater area. Accidentally the valve failed momentarily and allowed the heated material to escape causing him burns in his right arm.
Employee was operating a forklift at the Packing House area. Suddenly he saw a defective cement bags pallet inside the palletizer. He entered inside the palletizer avoiding the safety devices used to stop the machine. The pallet continued its movement pinching accidentally his index finger between the pallet and a conveyor roller.
Employee was cleaning a forklift with a pressure washer. Accidentally he pointed the washer spray gun towards his left arm causing him an open wound.
Inj ee and another employee was adjusting the blades of packer machine #2 at the packing House area. Suddenly the employee just by him moved the blades manually pinching inj ee's middle right finger between the blade and the blade's housing. The equipment was electrically locked -out
EE was cutting with acetylene a piece of metal. Another worker ask him to use briefly the equipment. When EE received again the torch, he grabed it by a hot point causing him a burn in his right hand.
Employee was removing metal plates inside the cement Mill # 12, using a mechanical jack and a hydraulic jack for the removal of the plates. When pressure was applied to the plate the hydraulic jack slipped hitting him in the upper lip.
Employee was performing cleaning duties with a chipping hammer at Kiln area. After a while a hard piece of cement accumulated from a high part of the structure fell down due to vibration of the hammer. The cement struck employee in his right cheek.
Employee was repairing broken sampling equipment at the Preheat Tower. When he finished the task, suddenlly a pinion of the sampling equipment began to twirl pinching his left index finger.
Employee was using a crane to lift a metal drum filled with iron balls used on the Cement mills. Suddenly his little finger was pinched between the pulley and the wire rope of the crane causing him an open wound. He was using safety gloves.
EE WAS WASHING UNIT 003 WITH PRESSURED WATER. WHEN HE WAS CHANGING THE HOSE TIP HE ACCIDENTLALLY ACTIVATED THE HOSE HANDLE RECEIVING A JET OF WATER PRESSURE DIRECTLY ON HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER C AUSING HIM AN OPEN WOUND.
WHILE CUTTING DOWN A SCAFFOLD MADE OF PIPE WITH A CUTTING TORCH, THE EMPLOYEE TOUCHED A PIECE OFPIPE, RECIEVING A BURN IN HIS LEFT ARM.
EE WAS PACKING CEMENT BAGS AT THE PACKING HOUSE. SUDDENLY TWO FILLED CEMENT BAGS PINCHED HIS RIGHT FOOT AND TWISTED HIS KNEE WHEN THE BAGS MOVED ALONG THE CONVEYOR CAUSING HIM PAIN.
WHILE BUILDING A SCAFFOLDING THE WORKER BURN HIS RIGHT ARM WITH A PIECE OF PIPE HE JUST FINISHED CUTTING.
EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING DOWN FROM A DIGGER HE WAS WASHING WHEN HE ACCIDENTALLY GRASPED THE CONTROLTHAT ACTIVATES A HYDRAULIC JACK. WHEN THE JACK LIFTED UP, IT PINCHED HIS LEFT ANKLE.
EE WAS CUTTING AN IRON PLATE WITH OXY-FUEL GAS CUTTING EQUIPMENT. WHEN HE WAS CLEANING THE TORCH SCORIA WITH HIS HAND ACCIDENTALLY THE EE ACTIVATED THE TORCH AND THE FLAME BURNED THE WELDING G LOVE SEAM. THE FLAME PASSED THROUGH THE SEAM OPENING CAUSING HIM BURNS IN HIS FINGER.
EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A STEEL BEAM FROM KILN'S #6 CLINKER COOLER. THE BEAM WAS ATTACHED TO A HOIST AND HAD ONE OF ITS ENDS STUCK IN THE FLOOR. WHEN HE PULLED THE BEAM IT BECAME UNLODGED AND PU SHED HIM. HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL TO THE FLOOR WHERE THE BEAM PINCHED HIS LEFT HAND WITH ANOTHER BEAM.
