On Saturday October 30, at 10:00 am a miner was struck in the head and neck area with a Cat 324E long reach excavator bucket causing an injury to EE's neck. EE was able to return to work with restricted duties on December 15, 2021.

Mostrando los 6EE was breaking large boulders with 325 Cat Hammer. He had pressure on 24"-36" boulder. When boulder broke, the rear of machine lifted off the ground, when it came back down the EE's elbow struck the pull up bar near the door. Went to Dr, had X-rays, said it was bruised. Went back to Dr on 9/13/10 and said it was fractured.

CRANE WAS LOWERING LARGE PIECE OF STEEL INTO PLACE. EE WAS GUIDING IT, SLIPPED AND CAUGHT LITTLE FINGER BETWEEN STEEL AND POSITION, AMPUTATION OF END OF FINGER BETWEEN 2ND JOINT AND FINGERNAIL .
EMPL WAS USING PRESS TO REMOVE BEARING FROM SHAFT. HE WAS HOLDING SHAFT WITH HAND WHEN BEARING RELEASED SHAFT DROPPED. EMPLS LITTLE FINGER WAS PINCHED BETWEEN SHAFT NUT& BEARING. WENT TO ER 4 STITCHES LITTLE FINGER.
OPERATOR WAS PUSHING DIRT WHEN PILE GAVE WAY AND DOZER OVERTURNED. HE WAS WEARING A SEATBELT AND SUSTAINED ONLY BRUISES- NO BONES BROKEN. KEPT OVERNIGHT IN HOSPITAL- RELEASED 8-22-90.
