Employee was using a drill to put screws in a wooden deck while laying on their back under the deck and applied too much pressure while pushing the drill. The employee overextended the tendon in their finger causing a strain.

Employee was cutting a corner shank off a bucket using a torch. When he chipped away the slag a piece flew on his face. When he went to brush it away, his welding gloves pushed the piece up into his eye.
Employee was cutting off old liner plate from feeder when something popped from the welding flame and went behind his glasses embedding in his eye.
Employee was cutting I-beam from primary crusher frame and it dropped and struck him in the neck and chest, bruising him.
