Employee was asked to cut down a pine tree near the primary. Employee cut a wedge on the back side of the tree. As employee was cutting through the tree, the chainsaw kicked back and lacerated left knee.

Employee was using a torch to cut bolts off of the feeder in tunnel #3. A piece of slag landed inside left ear burning close to ear drum.

Employee was using a hydraulic jack on a locomotive leaf spring when the jack kicked out causing the spring to strike his right thumb resulting in a crush injury requiring stitches.

While jackhammering the employee felt pain in his wrist that continued to increase.

EE's lower back had been sore for about a week. Then on the claimed date of injury the pain moved down into his right leg while he was operating a crane.

While drilling a hole in a body of truck drill bit bound up causing drill to twist up catching finger.

While torch cutting pipe put torch down and torch flopped over towards his hands, burning through his welding gloves to his hand.

Was sandblasting and pulling hose when he felt a tingling in the neck

CLEANING LOOSE STONE FROM TOP OF HOLE, HEAD OF DRILL CAME DOWN ONTO EMPLOYEE'S LEFT HAND AND WRIST PINNING IT IN PLACE.
