Employee was feeding ore into the grizzly and when he was backing up to make another push he backed over a rock and struck his right elbow on a metal plate where a padded armrest should be. Operator was taken for x-rays which were negative. 8/2/15 fluid build-up from bursitis was drained by physician along with prescription medication

Mostrando los 4Fine metal slivers and disc debris fell out of employee hard hat and into safety glasses. While returning home, he rubbed his left eye and felt a sharp pain. When the employee returned to work the next shift, the supervisor noticed the employee's red irritated eye. Onsite EMT examined and employee was taken to the hospital and a metal sliver was extracted from eye.
Technician was trying to raise a grader with a double action hydraulic lift. One hose was disconnected from the lift. When the lift was pressurized, the return coupler failed and ejected a ball bearing which struck the technician in the left shoulder.
Employee was welding and grinding on the 5230 shovel. At the end of the shift the employee noticed he had something in his eye. He thought it was only dirt and assumed it would work it's way out. The next morning he reported an irritation to his eye and was taken to an eye doctor who removed a small piece of metal from his right eye.
