Mostrando los 8Workers were finishing up crusher inspections in plant when a worker was stung one to two times in upper right shoulder by hornet. Other workers in the area observed the sting. Worker stated EE was not allergic (that EE knew of) but after 10 minutes EE experienced anaphylaxis.

EMPLOYEE CALLED INTO OFFICE THURSDAY AUG 18 1983 AT APPROX 0700AM AND ALLEDGED THAT HE HAD HURT BACK AND ALSO STATED THAT HE DID NOT KNOW HOW HE WAS ABSENT FROM WORK 8/18,19,22,23 WHEN HE RET URNED ON AUG 24TH HE HAD DOCTOR STATEMENTS AND ALLEDGED HE HAD INJURED BACK ON JOB
