EE was lying on an undercarriage to access the hoses under an excavator. As EE was wheeling self around EE heard and felt a pop in lower back, followed by pain. Went to urgent care and was released with restrictions.

During the clinker sample, the wind was blowing and an air cannon went off causing clinker material to be blown around. Debris got past my safety glasses and side shields and into my left eye.
