EE was lying on an undercarriage to access the hoses under an excavator. As EE was wheeling self around EE heard and felt a pop in lower back, followed by pain. Went to urgent care and was released with restrictions.

During the clinker sample, the wind was blowing and an air cannon went off causing clinker material to be blown around. Debris got past my safety glasses and side shields and into my left eye.

Employee was bringing motor from the wet kiln precipitator to the electric shop. It was windy and some alkali dust blew into his eye. He was wearing safety glasses. Reported due to medication prescribed.
