Employee attempted to dump a self dumping hopper into the grizzly. The lever on the hopper was not releasing, so employee held the lever down with left hand and pushed the hopper so it would dump. When the hopper dumped, it bounced and EE's left hand on the handle was pinched on a bolt on the forklift.
