THE EMPLOYEE WAS REVERSING THE SEAT ON A 10 SC SHUTTLECAR AND LACERATED HIS FINGER IN A PINCH POINT AREA. THE EMPLOYEE COMPLETED HIS SHIFT AND WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND RECEIVED 4 SUTURE S. DUE TO INFECTION THE EMPLOYEE COULD NOT RETURN TO WORK FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
WHILE TRANSPORTING A CREW TO THE SECTION A MANTRIP STOPPED TO UNLOAD. THE SECOND MANTRIP WAS UNABLE TO STOP DUE TO WET RAILS AND COLLIDED WITH THE FIRST ONE. EMPLOYEE COMPLETED HIS SHIFT AND WENT TO A CHIROPRACTOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. THE EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO WORK ON 3-23-90.

AN EMPLOYEE WAS USING A S&S SCOOP TO CLEAN A CROSSCUT. THE VICTIM WAS ROCKDUSTING THE AREA NEAR THE SCOOP. THE SCOOP OPERATOR IN ADVERTENTLY BUMPED THE RIGHT FOOT OF THE VICTIM. THE VICTIM COM PLETED THE SHIFT AND WENT TO PRESTON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ER. THE TREATING ER PHYSICIAN ELECTED NOT TO X-RAY THE FOOT.
EMP WAS OPERATING MANTRIP WHEN HE HIT A HOLE. IN THE PAVEMENT WHICH BOUNCED HIM AROUND IN THE DICK CAUSING INJURY TO HIS SHOULDER
HE WAS OPERATIN1 THE MANTRIP TRACTOR EN ROUTE TO THE SURFACE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE DAY SHIFT. THE MANTRIP STRUCK AN IRREGULARUTY IN THE MINE FLOOR, RESULTING IN A JARRING ACTION ON HIS BA CK. THE FOLLOW3NG DAY HE SUFFERED FROM STIFFNESS AND IMMOBILTY IN HIS LOWER BACK.
TROLLEY POLE ON3LOCOMOTIVE CAME OFF THE TROLLEY WIRE AND WHILE STILL MOVING THE MOTOR MAN WAS REACHING FOR THE POLE WHEN THE POLE STRUCK A LOW SPOT IN THE ROOF AND CAME DOWN AND STRUCK THE MOT ORMAN ON TOP OF3THE RIGHT HAND INJURING THE FINGER NEXT TO HIS SMALLEST FINGER.
EMPLOYEE WAS RI8ING WITH MOTORMAN LISTENING FOR UOISE WHEN LOCOMTIVE JUMPED TRACE AND THE INJURED EMPLOYEE S BODY CARE DOWN HARD ON TO THE SEAT OF THE LOCOMOTIVE AND COMPLAINED OF BACK PAIN.
WORKER WAS OPER5TING A LOCOMOTIVE WHILE TRYING TO PUT THE POLE ON THE WIRE WHILE STILL MOVING HE STRUCK HIS HEAD AGAINST A ROOF BOLT. EMPLOYEE WAS TREATED WITH FIRST AID.

ROBERT PYLES WAS ADJUSTING THE TRAM SWITCH ON A GOLF CART HE HAD NOT DISCONECTED THE BATTERIES ENGERY CHILDERS STOOD IN FRONT OF THE GOLF CART TO ASSIST BOB WITH THE RETURN SPRINGE THE DIRECT DIRECTIONAL SWITCH WAS POMPED @INTO THE FOWARD POSITION THE CART LUNGED FOWARD. EMERY LEFT KNEE WAS PINCHED & BRUISED.
THE #1 UNIT CREW WAS MAKING A BBELT MOVE. THE TAIL SECTION WAS ATTACHED TO THE FEEDER BY CHAIN. THE BELT HAD BEEN TENSONED AND CURTIS WAS CHECKING THE BELT TENSION AND TAIL SECTION POSTION PRO IOR TO SETTING THE ANCHORS. THE CHAIN BROKE AND THE TAIL SECTION MOVED BACK OVER CURTIS S FOOT RESULTING IN A BRUISE
