THE INDIVIDUAL WAS RIDING ON THE TRACTOR WHEN HE HIT THE ROOF WITH HIS HEAD.
INDIVIDUAL WAS RIDING ON BACK SEAT OF MANTRIP TRACTOR. TRACTOR STARTED TO BOUNCE CAUSING INDIVIDUAL TO STRIKE HEAD ON TOP OF UNDERCAST & RIBS ON ARM RAIL OF TRACTOR.
DRIVING TRACTOR RAN OVER CHUNK OF COAL CAUSING STEERING WHEEL TO SPIN TWISTING LEFT ELBOW.DIDNT BECOME LOST TIME UNTIL 8-9-88 WHEN HE WAS TAKEN OFF WORK BY DR.
VICTIM CLAIMS THAT WHILE HE WAS BREAKING ICE ON MAIN SLOPE HE HAD ONE FOOT ON THE MAN TRIP CAR & THE OTHER ON THE GROUND THE HOISTGMAN MOVED THE MANTRIP CAR CAUSING THE MAN TO FALL THE MAN C ONTINUED TO WORK HE REPORT ED TO THE DOC.AT NOON ON THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTG ER WORKING ANOTHER HALF SHIFT
CABLE WIRE ROPE WAS HOOKED UP BETWEEN A SCOOP AND A POWER CENTER. THE INJURED MAN HAD SLACK IN THE CABLE. HE WAS NOT CLEAR OF THE ROPE WHEN HE SIGNALED THE SCOOP. THE CABLE FLIPPED AND STRUCK HIM ON THE KNEES. THE MAN MISSED NO TIME UNTIL 10-20-88.
VICTIM WAS RIDI3G IN MANTRIP WHEN THE HOIST SHJUT DOWN CAUSING THE MANTRIP TO COME TO SUDDEN STOP. THE VICTIM WAS SUDDENDLY MOVED FORWARD AND THEN BACKWARD IN A W HIPPING MOTION
THE MAN WAS MOV3NG A LOCOMOTIVE EMPTY FLAT CARS AND A PERSONNEL CARRIER AROUND AS HE WAS MOVING THE PERSONNEL CARRIER THRU THE SWITCH THE MACHINE DERAILED THROWING HEAD FIRST AGASINT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CA9RIER. HE HIT HIS HEAD PUSHING THIS HARD HAT DOWN ON THE BRIDGE OF HIS NOSE.
STRIKING MINERS3HAD PUNCTURED TIRES.GROUND WAS MUDDY AND SLICK WHERE MAN WAS CHANGING THEM.TRAILOR AXLES ON RIGHT SIDE HAD NO TIRES ON THAT SIDE AND MAN DID NOT BLOCK AXLE BEFORE REMOVING TIRE S.JACK SLIPPED 2FF AXLE AND PINNED MAN'S ARM BETWEEN TIRE AND FRAME OF TIRE.
THE VICTIM WAS IN PROCESS OF PUSHING THE ROOF BOLTER WITH THE S/C. WHEN HE BACKED THE S/C BACK IT BOUNCED JARRING THE VICTIM.
THIS ALLEGED ACCIDENT WAS NOT REPORTED UNTIL 6-11-84. WHILE OPERATING A S/C THE MAN CLAIMS HE HIT A SERIES OF BUMPES IN THE HAULAGE ROAD & FELT A PAIN IN THE LWOER BACK.
WHILE TRAMMING THE ELKHORN SCOOP HE RAN OVER A ROCK APPROX. 8 INCHES HIGH RAISING THE MACHINE ALLOWING THE CANOPY TO SNAG AND CHAIN HANGING FROM THE ROOF WHEN HE SET THE BRAKES WITH THE PANIC BAR THE CANOPY DROPPED STRIKING HIM ON TOP OF THE HEAD.
THE VICTIM WAS ATTEMPTING TO DUMP A LOAD OF DIRT WHEN THE LEFT DUAL WHEELS WAS 18" LOWER THAN THE RIGHT SIDE CAUSING THE TRUCK TO LAY OVER ON ITS LEFT SIDE
