THERE WAS A DIESEL VEHICLE PARKED ALONGSIDE THE RIB IN THE MAIN BELT HAULAGE. THE MECHANIC PULLED OUT TO GO AROUND THE VEHICLE HITTING THE ROPE BELT AND GOING UNDER IT. THE MECHANIC'S SHOULDER WAS THEREAFTER SORE AND STIFF.
EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING UP.NOTICED BELT WAS SPILLING A LITTLE,REMOVED COVER BY KNOCKING OFF METAL CLIPS,REACHED HAND INTO AREA OF BLET SECTION.BELT PULLED BETWEEN BELT AND FRAME.EMPLOYEE MANAGED TO PULL HAND OUT.RESULTING IN LOSS OF MIDDLE NAIL AND BRUISED LEFT AHND.

STACKING BAGS I3 RAILROAD CAR BOX AND USING A FLEXCONEYOR. HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN SPRINGS AND ROLLER, CAUSING FINGER TO BE BRUISED. ACCIDENT OCCURRED ON FEB 11, 1987, BUT FIRST LOST TIME DAY FEBRAUARY 23, 1987.
