The driver met a drilling machine on the road, hit brakes, lost control of truck, went off the road and rolled truck. The posted speed limit was 15 mph. The driver said EE was driving 35-40 mph.

Laborer was driving personal truck with another laborer to go and pick up the water truck. It was a dirt road approximately 1 1/2 miles long. The driver met a drilling machine on the road, hit the brakes, lost control and went off the road and rolled the truck. Speed limit was 15 mph. Driver said they were driving 35-40 mph.

Employee was raking up rocks around a beltline as the plant was preparing to shut down for the end of the shift. Employee went to pick up a rock on the ground and another rock bounced off the conveyor belt and hit the top of his index finger on his left hand which caused the tip of the finger to split open which required stitches to close.
