EE was operating TR13 Lube Buggy. Pulled up to #23 to jump start. Set brake and chocked tire. Reached in to set high idle on Lube Buggy. Lube Buggy was left in 2nd gear. TR13 overcame brake and proceeded forward throwing EE to the ground. Resulted in EE injuring left knee. Two EE's affected.

Lube buggy operator set brake and chocked the tire then reached in and flipped the engine to high idle. Lube buggy was left in gear and overcame park brake proceeded forward and pinned EE against the bolter. EE's left leg was pinned below the knee causing muscle damage. 2 EE's affected.
