EE IS A NEWLY TRAINED EE ON THE HAUL TRUCK. FROM WHAT WAS OBSERVED AND THEN LATER DETERMINED, HE WAS DRIVING TOO FAST TO HANDLE THE TURN HE WAS ATTEMPTING. AS HE NEGICATED THE TURN, THE BED OF THE HAUL TRUCK TIPPED OVER LOOSING EE GROUND INHIS SEAT HURTING HIS BACK. HE WAS WEARING HIS SEAT BELT.
