Employee stated that he was riding 3-wheeler mantrip to #6 head when he decided to cross the track in a place he says he probably wasn't supposed to cross. He stated that he had to go really fast to cross there and when he hit the track it caused his head to bump top.

Employee injured his left eye while he was letting pressure off of a grease jack on the #3 mobile bridge conveyor. The grease fitting blew out and struck him in his left eye.

OPERATOR WAS DRIVING MANTRIP DOWN STEEP GRADE. EMPLOYEES HAD RAILS TIED OFF AT END OF TRACK. OPERATOR LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE. EMPLOYEE JUMPED OFF MANTRIP & INJURED HIS RT SHOULDER.
