The employee was shoveling along the 79 Mains North belt when EE's left thumb came in contact with a bottom roller, causing a laceration. The employee sought medical attention and was given eight sutures and taken off work. This is being reported as an LTA

Scoop that was hauling a belt hold down roller was backing away from the belt drive when one of its forks sprung up in the air when it came free from the beam it was caught under throwing the roller up in the air and striking the EE in the right side of the head and knocking EE to the ground where EE struck the left side of head on the other fork.
Employee was tramming a scoop when EE hit a rut causing EE to strike EE's head on the canopy. Employee strained EE's neck. The employee continues to work but has started Physical Therapy for EE's neck injury on 7/14/2020.
