Employee was emptying the lime out of the bucket of a small front-end loader. While the employee was driving the small front-end lader, lime dust blew back into hif ace. He suffered a lime burn to his right eye.

EE WAS MOVING A PALLET OF LIME WITH THE FORK LIFT. LIME DUST ENTERED EYE CAUSING EYE TO BECOME SORE.
EE WAS LOADING HOT LIME MATERIAL WITH SKID STEERINTO THE BUCKLEY. UPON ENTERING THE PILE, THE HOT DUST AND STEAM ENGULPED HIM. HE RECEIVED BURNS AN HIS FACE ARM, AND CHEST AREA.
EE WAS STACKING BAGS: HE WENT TO GRAB A BAG THATWAS CAUGHT ON THE CONVEYOR BELT. HIS FINGER CAMEIN CONTACT WITH THE CONVEYOR BELT. HE DID SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.
