Mostrando los 14Miner was stockpiling material away from the mortar sand stacker belt when the 988K loader EE was using came in contact with the belt. The belt was pulled onto the loader and the head pulley came thru the front windshield of the loader as it fell. Miner injured EE's left foot when the dash of the loader compressed onto EE's foot. Miner had surgery on foot to correct the injury.
Miner had a personal injury that miner came to work with and while operating the M982 loader it irritated the injury more. Additional strain of right lower back muscle due to improper posture while operating the loader.

AS HE WAS CLEANING THE CLAM SHELL ON THE FEEDER THE CONVEYOR BELT CAUGHT THE PRY BAR AND TWISTED IT OVER CATCHING HIS THUMB.
WHILE DIGGING INTO A HIGH WALL THE BANK GAVE WAYAND BURIED THE LOADER WITH MATERIAL CAUSING INJURY TO HIS BACK.
HE CAME UP THE WALL IN THE PIT TO GET A BUCKET OF MATERIAL./ HE WAS IN THE WALL ABOUT 3 OR 4 FEET HIGH. SUDDENLY THE WALL FELL DOWN AROUND HIM.
AS HE WAS REMOVING THE LEFT HOIST CYLINDER FROM THE FRONT-END LOADER, HE HAD THE BUCKET UP SITTING ON TOP OF A HOPPER. HE STARTED TO REMOVE OIL LINE UNDERNEATH THE MACHING WHEN SUDDENLY THE BU CKET FELL. THE LOADER ROLLED BACK AND AS HE TRIED TO GET OUT FROM UNDERNEATH HE TRIED TO GET OUT FROM UNDERNEATH HE TWISTED HIS ARM AND HURT HIS LEFT HAND.
HE WASWIDENING A ROAD WITHA FRONT-END LOADER WHEN SUDDENLY HE BOUNCED OVER A ROCK THIS MOTION CAUSED HIS INJURY.
WHILE DRIVING A QUAD HE LOOKED OVER TO HIS RIGHT SIDE TO CHECK HIS WORK, THE BIKE HIT A BUMP AND THREW HIM OFF CAUSING HIS INJURIES.
EE WAS WORKING IN AN UNAUTHORIZED AREA. HE PUT HIS ARM BETWEEN TWO ROLLERS, TO CLEAN ONE OF THEM OFF. THE ROLLER CAUGHT THE SLEEVE ON HIS JACKET TWISTING AND PULLING OFF HIS ARM AT THE ELBOW.
