While operating a soil compactor, employee maneuvered it too close to the edge of the edge of the back-side ramp, causing the compactor to roll over onto its side. Employee was wearing seat belt, and injuries from the motion consist of sciatica and lower back pain/strain on right side, including neck, shoulder, leg, and knee.
Employee was operating a 972M Loader. Employee felt something wet on arm, and saw was bleeding from back of right arm, just above the elbow. Employee discovered a small puncture, but has no idea what caused it. Couldn't get bleeding to stop, so went to clinic. A stitch was used to close wound.

WORKER WAS DRIVING WATER TRUCK DOWN A NEWLY CONSTRUCTED ROAD FROM 5TH TO 4TH BENCH AT QUARRY. TRUCK SLID TOWARD EDGE OF ROAD. WORKER KEPT DRIVING TO TRY TO CORRECT SLIDE BUT WAS UNABLE TO. TRU CK ROLLED OVER EDGE OF ROAD AND SLID DOWN TO NEXT BENCH. WORKER INJURED RIGHT ARM WHEN TRUCK ROLLED OVER.
