EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING UP THE ROOF BOLT MACHINE TRAILING CABLE, FOR THE SCOOP TO PASS UNDER, IN THE FACE AREA OF THE #3 ENTRY, 2 SOUTH PARALLEL SECTION, MMU#005-0. AS THE SCOOP PASSED UNDER THE CABLE, THE TIRE RAN UPON A ROCK, THEN ROLLED BACK CAUSIGN THE BATTERY BOX TO SCOOT ACROSS EMPLOYEE'S LEFT FOOT, BRUISING IT.
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING THE SCOOP ON THE 2 LEFT OFF TURKEY MAINS SECTION, MMU#005-0. AFTER GOING TO THE TRACK AND BACK FOR SUPPLIES, HIS LEGS WERE NUMB. EMPLOYEE HAS JUST RETURNED TO WORK FROM A LOWER BACK INJURY. THIS NUMBNESS IS A CONTINUATION FROM EMPLOYEE'S PREVIOUS BACK INJURY. NOTHING OCCURRED WHILE OPERATING SCOOP TO CAUSE ANOTHER INJURY. BACK WAS HURTING BEFORE HE STARTED OP

A PIECE OF ROCK FELL FROM ANOTHER, OVERHEAD, BELT LIEN STRIKING INJURED ON HIS RIGHT SHOULDER AND NECK. *NOTE* INJURED DID NOT VISI T A DOCTOR WITH THIS INJURY UNTIL 8-11-90. DUE TO THE UNGERING INJURY, INJURED FIRST STARTED TO MISS WORK ON 8-12-90.
EMPLOYEE WAS USING A SCOOP IN THE FACE AREA OF THE SOUTH SECTION. AS HE TRAMMED TROUGH A ROUGH SECTION OF ROADWAY, THE JARRING MOTION OF THE SCOOP CAUSED THE EMPLOYEES BACK TO BE INJURED.

INJURED WAS OPERATING A RAIL MOTOR AND WAS IN PROCESS OF HAULING A LONGWALL TAILGATE SECTION TO THE SURFACE. THE LOWBOY TRAILER THAT WAS HAULING THE TAILGATE SECTION CAUGHT A LOOSE PIECE OF 6" PLASTIC PIPE AND FLIPPED IT BACK ACROSS THE MOTOR STRIKING INJURED.

EMPLOYEE WAS OBERVING THE LOADING OF A SHUTTLE CAR ON SECTION, TURKEY MINE. EMPLOYEE WAS STUCK BY THE SHUTTLE CAR CABLE WHEN IT OOK UP SLACK. THE CABLE STRUCKTHE EMPLOYEES RIGHT EAR, BRUSING IT.
EMPLOYEE WAS MAKING A BELT SET-UIP ON THE SECTION. AS HE WAS LEANING BELT ROPE, A SCOOP HAULING BELT STRUCTURE BUMPED THE ERETED BELT STRUCTURE. THE BELT STRUCTURE SLID ON THE ROPE AND CAUGH T EMPLOYEES INDEX AND MIDDLE FINGER OF HIS RIGHT HAND, FRACTURING BOTH FINGERS.
INJURED HAD STEPPED OFF HIS RAIL BATTERY LOCOMOTIVE TO UNCOUPLE THE LOCOMOTIVE FROM A RAIL ROCK DUSTER. WHEN HE GAVE SIGNAL TO HIS CO-WORKER TO PUSH THE DUSTER FOR UNCOUPLING THE CO-WORKER PUL LED INSTEAD CAUSING THE BATTERY LOCOMOTIVE TO JUMP TRACK ON TO INJURED RIGHT FOOT.
EMPLOYEE WAS RIDDING INSIDE A MANTRIP CAR, AT THE END OF THE TRUCK OF THE GATE SECTION. THE MANTRIP WAS JUST ATRATING OUTSIDE WHEN A PIECE OF BELT STRUCTURE THAT HAD BEEN STACKED BESIDE THE T RACK, FELL INTO THE MANTRIP CAR AND CAUGHT EMPLYESS RIGHT FOOT FRACTURING A BONE IN IT.
INJURED WAS RIDING TRACK MOTOR HE STUCK HIS ARM OUT TO PUSH BACK CURTAIN HIS ARM WENT THROUGH A HOLE IN CURTAIN CAUSING HIM TO BE PULLED OFF MOTOR INJURED RECEIVED A DISLOCATED SHOULDER & TORN MUSCLE
INJURED WAS SHOVELING BELT AND HIS SHOVEL WAS CAUGHT IN THE BELT TAIL ROLLER AND KICKED BACK STRIKING HIM IN THE MOUTH. REPORTED DUE TO ROOT CANAL OF CHIPPED TOOTH.

FOUR EMPTY CARS CAME LOOSE FROM MOTOR ON A HILL.CARS ROLLED TO BOTTOM AND HIT MULE VICTIM WAS RIDING ON.THE RESULT WAS A BRUISE LEFT LEG AND HIP.
INJURED CLOSED SCOOP CANOPY DOOR AND CAUGHT HIS LEFT THUMB BETWEEN DOOR AND CANOPY POST.
