Driver was backed up to lime pile to dump. As the bed started up, one side stuck and caused the unit to go on its side. Driver got out through windshield. Was transported to hospital but was released. His side is sore.

HE CONT INUED TO OPERATE ROCK TRUCK & CONTINUING OPERATION OF TRUCK MIGHT OF CAUSED FURTHER INJURY TO HIS BACK. HE DID NOT MISS DAY OF WORK UNTIL 6/29/89.
HE WAS DRIVING HIS TRUCK WITH THE SIDE WINDOW OPEN TO LOOK AT A DOZER AND THERE WAS A FALLEN TREE ALONG SIDE THE ROAD AND SOME OF THE BRANCHES FROM THE TREE CAME IN THE OPEN WINDOW AND STRUCK HIM IN THE LEFT EYE BALL, CUTTING THE EYE BALL.
