EMPLOYEE APPARENTLY LOST CONT ROL OF THE MOTOR WHILE ASCENDING A 0-4% GRADE (APPROX. 2,500' LONG) AND DESCENDED THE GRADE IN A RUNAWAY MODE. HE WAS FOUND AT THE BASE OF THE GRADE WITH THE WRECKAGE.
