EE and co-worker were removing some old discharge pipes from the screening deck. EE made his 1st cut and handed the torch to co-worker to walk around the other side. When he walked around the pipe, he stepped in a hole where a 6 inch pipe had been cut out the evening before. When he stepped into the hole he twisted his ankle and fell against a hummer shaker.
