The stack began to fall against the miner's legs pushing miner to the ground and on the way down miner struck face on the back of the tractor. Originally, treated as a first aid, but later diagnosed with a concussion.
10/11/2018, an operator tripped and suffered a fracture to left ankle. The operator was working in the 261-17 area nipping steel with another operator. They were walking a piece of screen through the stope to load onto a flatbed truck with one individual walking backwards. The individual that was walking backwards tripped over loose rock causing individual to fall.
