Mostrando los 35Limited access between the wall, rod holder, drill string required the helper to use an awkward position while attempting to break the drill bit free. When the bit released, EE's foot slipped from the pipe wrench and EE's shin struck the rod holder, causing a laceration requiring stiches.
While stepping down from the driller's platform facing forward, the injured person (driller) placed weight on EE's right foot as EE moved from the step onto the grating. At that moment, EE's right knee buckled, causing EE to lose balance and fall to the ground

R hand dominate Laborer for RAM. Was climbing down ladders in Mill "press" yesterday. EE slipped and fell approx. 8 ft. EE grabbed the ladder to stop EE's fall resulting in a jolt to R shoulder.
Mechanic fell into the engine compartment, striking L shoulder. EE was on restricted duty for a previous injury to the same arm.

IP was trying to pass between the passenger side jack of the Normet powder truck and the right rib. IP stepped along the rib at an angle causing EE to roll EE's ankle as EE stepped around the jack. Reported to the Physicians Assistant and treatment of sprained ankle.
Service crew operator slipped on a rock and fell causing injury to their left knee.

EE was climbing down off the scissor deck when EE lost balance and landed on top of the jack stabilizer housing. For potential severity concerns of the injury to EE's groin, EE was immediately sent to the Hospital ER for evaluation and was placed on Restricted Work Duties.
IW hurt shoulder removing windshield from jumbo. Saw PA in Fairbanks 8/27, MRI 8/28 no definitive diagnosis at time. IW flew home 8/28. Orthopedic specialist seen 9/18 due to appt. availability, Physical Therapy x 3wks started 9/23, with definitive paperwork for no work allowed for IW.
A miner was working in L1-876 hanging trough and was unable to reach the wire from the ground and chose to use a 5 gallon bucket to stand on. It became unstable causing miner to fall injuring right knee. Self-treated for 3 days, was sent to Fairbanks for an evaluation, was released to duties as assigned, while on R&R saw personal physician placing miner on No Work as of 07Aug19.
Team member foot slipped off step resulting in a loss of balance. Team member put out left hand to break fall and sprained shoulder.
