Operator was dismounting D-6 dozer when EE's foot slipped from the blade arm due to wet and muddy conditions causing EE to hit EE's left knee on the arm. Operator had just returned to work from a double knee replacement and the impact on the knee caused the incision/scar area to reopen.

Mostrando los 25Maintenance Tech was performing maintenance on a D-8 Bulldozer. Miner slipped when trying to cross over the blade to add oil and fell on the blade brace. Miner injured left knee from the fall.
Miner had just completed adding oil to the Hitachi ZX450 excavator when EE stepped down onto the track. After stepping down onto the track. Then, slipped on the track, fell against the catwalk of the machine. EE completed EE's entire shift. It was not until the end of shift EE noted pain in EE's rib area. EE did not report the accident until the following morning (5/6/2022).
Employee was doing a pre-shift inspection on 290 Volvo excavator. While standing on machine tracks, slipped and fell to uneven ground. Tracks are 30" high.

Was on kees in muddy area, repairing trailing cable when finished, was in process of standing up when right leg slid in mud in outward direction to the side and heard knee pop.
The employee stepped out of the scale room and slipped on the bar grating twisting left knee.

EE was pulling 1 1/2" hose around a 980G loader. He pulled it around the front of the bucket. He stepped on some mud & hose got caught under the bucket(mud was from washing the 980G). He slipped to the ground & landed on his right forearm. His head hit his shoulder and strained the muscles in his neck. He is taking therapy under Dr's care. He worked on 1/15/07 & left early.
Injured was turning to walk away from roof bolter when he got his foot wedged between two rocks and twisted his right inside leg near knee.
While stepping out of a MCC Building, injured stepped onto uneven ground and twisted his left ankle.
EMPLOYEE STATED WHILE HE WAS SHOVELING #2 BELT, HIS LEG GOT STUCK IN MUD & HURT HIS KNEE.
While installing belt structure on a belt move - Employee tripped over structure rail & fell on his rt. knee causing injury.
Employee was attempting to grease pins and bushings on the boom of a Hitachi 400 backhoe. He was walking on the ice-covered boom when he slipped and fell off the boom, falling to the ground. When hitting the ground his right foot landed in a rut and twisted his right knee towards his left knee, pulling tendons and cartilage in his right knee.
EMPLOYEE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL OFF TRACK FRAME.
EE WAS TRAVELING ALONG BELTLINE LOOKING FOR WHERE WATERLINE WAS REDUCED FROM 3" TO 2". HE SLIPPED ON ICE. ACCIDENT WAS NOT REPORTED AS LOST TIME FOR 10 DAYS.
EE WAS CARRYING ROCK DUST AROUND BOLTER WHEN HE GOT HIS FEET TANGLED IN CABLE, CAUSING HIM TO TRIP, STRIKING HIS BACK ON BUMPER OF ROOF BOLTER.
FELL OUT OF BOBCAT LOADER WHEN FOOTING WAS LOST.
